Here is how we protect you: before any payment, we send you a signed reservation agreement that names the kitten, the breeder, the deposit amount, and the full terms. We arrange a video call with you and the breeder so you can see the kitten live. We share the breeder's full details and registration number with an accredited feline organisation (FIFe or equivalent). Our phone number and email are public — you can call us at any point. We never ask for payment via gift cards, cryptocurrency, or untraceable methods. Bank transfer and card are the only options we use.
Yes. We arrange a video call with the breeder before you commit to anything. You see the kitten, the environment, and you can ask the breeder questions directly. Only after you are satisfied do we proceed to the reservation agreement and deposit. We never ask for payment before you have had the chance to see the animal live.
We accept bank transfer (SEPA within Europe) and card payment. Both methods are traceable and provide you with a paper trail. We do not accept cash, gift cards, or cryptocurrency — if any seller online asks for those, treat it as a red flag. You receive a written invoice for every payment made.
You send us an enquiry with your breed preference and basic details about your household. We match you with an available kitten from one of our verified breeders and share the kitten's details with you. If you are happy, we arrange a video call. Once you decide to proceed, you sign a reservation agreement and pay a deposit (typically €150–300 depending on the breed). The kitten is then marked as reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is paid before delivery.
The deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel after signing the reservation agreement — this is standard practice and protects the breeder who has held the kitten for you and turned away other buyers. However, if the kitten becomes unavailable through no fault of yours — illness, unexpected circumstances on the breeder's side — the deposit is returned to you in full. This is stated clearly in the agreement before you pay.
It depends on availability and the kitten's age at the time of reservation. Kittens are typically ready to travel at 12–16 weeks old. If a litter is already born and close to ready, the process from first enquiry to delivery can be as short as 3–6 weeks. If you reserve a kitten from a planned or newborn litter, the wait may be 8–14 weeks. We always give you a clear timeline at the start so you can plan ahead.
Yes. Every kitten goes through a full veterinary health check before leaving the breeder. This includes the age-appropriate vaccination schedule (typically FVRCP and rabies where required), deworming, flea treatment, and a general health assessment. An official health certificate is issued by a licensed veterinarian and accompanies the kitten. For international travel, an EU pet passport is provided where applicable.
Standard documentation includes pedigree registration papers, a vaccination booklet, an official health certificate from a licensed vet, a microchip certificate (chip is implanted before travel), and an EU pet passport where required by the destination country. You also receive a care guide from the breeder covering feeding, grooming, and the kitten's routine up to that point, plus a small amount of the food the kitten is used to, to ease the dietary transition.
If a kitten becomes seriously ill or passes away before delivery through no fault of yours, you receive a full refund of all payments made — deposit included. This is written into the reservation agreement. If the kitten has a recoverable illness and delivery is simply delayed, we keep you fully informed at every stage. You always have the option to wait for recovery or to receive a refund — the choice is yours.
All kittens in our network are raised in private home environments, not commercial catteries. This means they grow up with daily human interaction, household sounds, children, and other animals from the start. By the time they come to you they are socialised, litter-trained, and comfortable with being handled. We do not work with breeders who keep animals in cages or isolated conditions.
For shorter distances within the region, kittens travel by ground courier with an experienced animal transporter — they are never left unattended and travel in a proper ventilated carrier. For longer distances or international deliveries, kittens fly in the aircraft cabin as hand luggage with an accompanying person — not in the hold. We do not use cargo transport for kittens. The journey is planned around the kitten's comfort, with rest stops and temperature management throughout.
We deliver across most of Europe — Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, and more. Each country has its own import requirements for pets, and we handle the documentation for your destination as part of the process. If you are outside Europe, contact us — some destinations are possible depending on the route and requirements.
We stay reachable after delivery. If your kitten is not eating, is stressed by the new environment, or you have any concerns in the first days, contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will help. The breeder also remains available to you directly for breed-specific questions. Most adjustment issues in the first week are completely normal and easily resolved with the right guidance — we have seen it all and are happy to help.
Life happens, and we understand that. What we ask is that you contact us rather than rehoming the cat through a third party. We will work with you and the breeder to find a responsible solution — whether that is returning the cat to the breeder or finding a vetted new home through our network. Our priority is always the animal's wellbeing. Please do not abandon or sell the cat to a stranger without letting us help first.
